Are your products all natural?
Each product is created with natural ingredients that add vitamins and nutrients to your skin. The finished product will not be considered 100% natural as it may need other ingredients to enhance, stabilize and preserve the end product. All products are made with skin safe and highly researched ingredients.
How do I know what product is best for me?
You may email or DM the company any questions you may have. We try to provide a product description with the product to also help with your decision making process.
I see more the one product saying they do the same thing why?
Many natural ingredients have the same vitamins and nutrients which will provide similar outcomes. It is best to add a new one every now and again to get the best nutritional and health outcome.
What is your return/ refund policy?
Though we understand purchasing mistakes happen and every product does not work for everyone for sanitary reason all sales are final.
What should I do when I am trying a product for the first time?
Whenever trying a product for the first time you should always perform a small skin test to make sure you do not get any unwanted reaction.
Are your products safe for kids and babies?
Yes, we also have specific lines just for the littles. The face mask and treatments are not recommended for children under 10.
How long will it take for my order to ship and I receive it?
We fulfill orders within 24 hours and try to ship orders out within 3 days but may take up to 5. Once it is shipped you can expect to receive it with 2-5 days. You can use the provided tracking number to track.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
If it has not been fulfilled and packed yet yes it can be modified.
What if I put the wrong address?
We can reship your order for an additional shipping cost.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes if it has not been fulfilled.
Where do we ship?
Orders can be shipped within the United States and will expand within the next few months.
What happens if one of the products arrived broke or damaged?
We will need to be notified by email with a picture of the item within 48hours of the package being marked as delivered. If a refund is granted it will be in the way of a store credit, no cash refunds will be granted.
